Julian, Alani and Zephir all went to a fun Halloween party at the weekly mom's group. Zephir's creative mom made him a kitten costume, while Julian's mom just grabbed an outfit from the neighborhood rerun store. Without his pumpkin hat (also handmade by Carmen) you can see how patchy Julian's hair is becoming as he gradually loses his baby hair (we hope it will be replaced!). You can also see how much he has been enjoying scratching his forehead. However, he still gets very high marks for cuteness and personality.
